We want you to feel confident purchasing CareerOS AI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. You can request a refund in one of two ways:

  1. Visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email used at checkout, and request a refund directly.
  2. Email us at support@navigating-careers.com with your order details and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Renewals

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. Refunds for renewal charges follow the same 30-day window from the renewal date.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
